通常是钱包在看另一条网络的余额。切换网络不会自动把原网络的资产搬过来，也不会删除原网络的记录；但是否真的没有损失，仍须核对对应网络上的地址与交易。[E5][M3]\n\n<a id=\"如何判断自己属于哪种情况\"></a>\n\n## 如何判断自己属于哪种情况\n\n例如，同一个普通 EVM 账户在以太坊主网有资产，切到另一网络后显示零，并不矛盾：同样的地址字符串可以对应不同网络上彼此独立的状态。\n\n若切网时还切换了账户，或者使用不同地址格式的网络，应先确认账户与地址，不能只比较地址开头几位。\n\n<a id=\"可能原因与排查顺序\"></a>\n\n## 可能原因与排查顺序\n\n1. **确认原网络。** 查看发送记录或原有收款信息，区分主网和测试网。\n2. **确认账户与完整地址。** 选择原来的账户，核对复制的地址是否一致。\n3. **查看对应浏览器。** 在该网络的浏览器查询交易和地址余额。不要用以太坊主网浏览器判断其他网络的资产。[M6]\n4. **核对资产标识。** 对 ERC-20 代币，核对所在网络与发行方公布的合约地址，不只看代币名称。[E6]\n5. **最后处理显示。** 链上确有余额而钱包不显示时，再按官方说明检查代币显示、连接状态及查询服务；手动添加显示不会创造或搬运资产。[M6]\n\n<a id=\"何时应停止操作或寻求官方支持\"></a>\n\n## 何时应停止操作或寻求官方支持\n\n- **交易还在处理或失败**：先查交易本身，不能用刷新余额代替诊断。\n- **网络或接收对象错了**：记录事实，联系对应钱包或接收平台官方支持；相同地址字符串不保证可恢复。\n- **存在未知转出或疑似秘密泄露**：进入安全处置，不把它当显示故障。\n\n不要为了找余额先重置或卸载钱包，也不需要把助记词交给网页“同步资产”。仅切换显示不等于跨链；不应为了让余额出现就仓促使用桥或签署授权。\n\n<a id=\"相关概念与工具\"></a>\n\n##
