先确认交易发生在哪条网络，再用交易哈希查询。Ethereum 主网交易可在 Etherscan 中查看状态和详情；**查询公开记录无需导入钱包、连接钱包或签名**。[X1][X2] >**本文适用**：桌面浏览器访问 Etherscan，普通 Ethereum 主网交易。2026-11-03 仅完成官方文档核验；网页没有本批锁定的构建版本，浏览器版本未记录。未完成交互界面走查，不称为实测。\n\n<a id=\"操作前准备\"></a>\n\n## 操作前准备\n\n准备交易网络和交易哈希（Transaction Hash，常称 TXID）。从可信钱包或发送平台的记录取得，不把平台订单号、自己的账户地址或他人截图当成交易哈希。\n\n本页是查询说明，不要求自己先发一笔交易。不了解某笔转账的来源时，可先学习字段含义，不购买资产或建立钱包来“激活查询”。\n\n<a id=\"分步操作\"></a>\n\n## 分步操作\n\n<a id=\"1-确认网络与浏览器\"></a>\n\n### 1. 确认网络与浏览器\n\nEthereum 主网使用 Etherscan；其他网络需要各自对应的浏览器。主网、测试网及其他链的记录分开，不因地址形式相似就共用一个查询结果。[M6]\n\n<a id=\"2-从可信入口打开浏览器\"></a>\n\n### 2. 从可信入口打开浏览器\n\n确认域名为 [etherscan.io](https://etherscan.io/)，避免搜索广告、私信链接和相似拼写页面。不要使用“找回资金”“连接钱包解锁结果”等功能来完成普通查询。\n\n<a id=\"3-搜索交易哈希\"></a>\n\n### 3. 搜索交易哈希\n\n将完整哈希粘贴到页面搜索框，进入相应交易详情。搜索无结果时，先核对网络与哈希，再考虑索引延迟、服务故障或发送平台是否真正提交；不能只凭一个浏览器没查到，就断言资产丢失。[X1][X2]\n\n<a id=\"4-读取状态与所在区块\"></a>\n\n### 4. 读取状态与所在区块\n\n- 状态或现象：Pending／待处理；可以说明什么：尚未取得上链执行结果；不能据此断定什么：不保证一定成功或可取消\n- 状态或现象：Success／成功；可以说明什么：这笔交易的执行状态成功；不能据此断定什么：不证明目标代币必然正确到账，也不证明平台已入账\n- 状态或现象：Failed／失败；可以说明什么：该笔执行未按预期成功；不能据此断定什么：不表示完全没消耗手续费\n- 状态或现象：找不到记录；可以说明什么：当前查询未得到结果；不能据此断定什么：不足以单独证明没广播或永久丢失\n\n记录区块和时间，确认查到的是所需交易，而不是相似地址的另一笔。[X2]\n\n<a id=\"5-核对资产对象与数量\"></a>\n\n### 5. 核对资产、对象与数量\n\n普通 ETH 转账关注 From、To 与 Value。代币转账的交易目标可能是代币合约，Value 也不应直接当作 ERC-20 数量；应在代币转移记录中核对合约、实际接收地址与数量，并与目标地址当前余额相互对照。[X2][X4][E6]\n\n<a id=\"6-单独核对费用\"></a>\n\n### 6. 单独核对费用\n\nTransaction Fee 是费用，不是发给接收方的资产金额；Gas Limit 是上限，Gas Used 是实际用量。旧官方教程中关于矿工及费用全额归属的说明已不适合作为当前以太坊共识与分配规则，应结合[Gas 费说明](/docs/what-is-gas-fee)理解。[X2]\n\n<a id=\"如何确认成功\"></a>\n\n## 如何确认成功\n\n能准确说出“在哪条网络、查到哪笔交易、什么状态、什么资产进入哪个地址”，才完成本页的查询任务。若接收方为交易所，还必须核对该平台自己的支持网络和入账条件；链上成功不等于平台已经记账。\n\n<a id=\"常见失败原因及处理\"></a>\n\n## 常见失败原因及处理\n\n网络选错、哈希复制不完整、平台只提供内部订单号，都可能导致查不到。遇到错误网络、未知转出或无法核对实际接收方时，先停止后续转账，保留公开记录并联系对应服务官方支持。\n\n<a id=\"费用权限与安全提示\"></a>\n\n## 费用、权限与安全提示\n\n普通公开查询本身不发起链上交易，也不需要支付
